Shipping Policy

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Saturday). Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Most orders are packed within 1–2 business days. During launches or festivals, processing may take up to 3 business days — we will notify you if there is a delay.

We currently ship across India to serviceable pincodes. Estimated delivery is 2–4 working days for Tamil Nadu and 4–7 working days for most other metros after dispatch.

Remote or non-serviceable pincodes may take longer or require a courier alternative. You will see shipping options and estimates at checkout.

Standard shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Complimentary shipping may apply on qualifying order values (as shown on the product page or cart). A small additional charge may apply on orders below the free-delivery threshold.

COD is available on eligible pincodes and order values. You pay the courier in INR when the parcel arrives.

COD orders may require mobile verification. Refused or repeated failed delivery attempts can lead to account restrictions.

When your order ships, we email/SMS tracking details and carrier name. You can also view status from your account under Orders.

If tracking has not updated for 72 hours after dispatch, contact us at hello@pumskyn.com with your order number.

If the outer box arrives crushed, wet, or tampered with, note it with the delivery executive and photograph the package before opening.

Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we will arrange a replacement or refund after review.
